Abstract

Libraries are under more pressure to provide access to their resources on a 24x7 basis. Now that electronic resources are available online 24x7 library users are increasingly expecting similar access to print resources. This paper looks at the issues that this raises with feedback from university libraries in the UK and Ireland on the concerns and challenges we face in meeting our users' expectations.
